Because of Brexit people stopped eating out he says........Well knock me down with a feather !

The mid market sector is over saturated.
High streets are changing
The business was seen as inflexible -small chains and indies rebrand more easily to keep things fresh.

Of course Jamie Oliver is in a different sector to spoons, so theres no equivalence.......

Brexit wasnt the prime factor.
 
And there is me thinking 'cause people left his restaurants hungry!

If the Jamie Oliver restaurant in Westfield, Stratford is anything to go by I’m not surprised. Had a terrible meal there with appalling service and so did both my wife and daughter on separate occasions. Daughter is a Vegan (mainly for health reasons) and her non vegan pizza turned out not to be and she was ill afterwards. That shut a while ago. On all three occasions we were invited to return for a complimentary meal but none of us took them up on it.
 
Overpriced and no USP did for them. I believe poor management as well was an issue.
