Brick on edge capping

Hi All,

I want to do a brick on edge capping on a garden wall using engineering bricks. Are perforated bricks acceptable for this or do I need to use solids?

Either will do, as long as they are engineering bricks. Might not look so pretty at the end of the wall, where you have the holes to consider.

Yeah I will use whole bricks on the end, just wasn't sure about perforated bricks being on top and water possibly getting in, freezing and causing cracks etc.

Yes, get solids for the ends, it really spoils it when they put in perforated at the end, all to save 50p
