A friend of ours engaged a bricklayer a year ago to build a simple garden retaining wall one metre tall with a few simple pillars and a cemented tile crease. the cement fillet in many places has now come loose and off and the only way to remedy this; in my opinion is to cut the lot out and do it again; preferably with some cement in the mix. How do these people get work and stay in business ?
