Brickwork recommendations for a conservatory.

Hi, I'm going to replace one side of my conservatory wall which at the moment is timber (rotting) with brick work, I only want to do a single skin as I want to avoid loosing to much room, I will render on the outside, my questions are as follows: what 4" blocks should I use, and what is recommended for the internal of the wall? I was thinking either dot and dab, insulated plasterboard??
Just to let you know the foundations are good enough, there's no issues with the neighbours as my conservatorie is within my fench..

100mm medium density blocks would be fine. But the wall will be subject to damp and particularly condensation. My advice would be finish with an insulated plasterboard. 30 or 40mm should be enough to eliminate condensation.
