My shower is a Bristan with a thermostatic valve handle. A few years ago it was only giving out lukewarm water so I took the cover off and fiddled a bit and the water got hotter. I've never moved the handle for the temperature since then, just always have it the same.
Everything has been fine for about 4 years. Had family staying and they've moved the temperature handle both ways and now it's only cold water again. Should also mention, if I turn the cold tap on in the sink, it's hot water out of the shower.
Any help would be appreciated.
