over christmas the fan oven element packed up, fan still worked but no heat, orderd a new element and fitted tonight but have been sent the wrong one, the new one has two prongs on each element where the wires connect to, mine has one per element, so i thought o well it might still work, sadly it didnt and now i not only have to return the element but now the fan is not working.
what do you think may have happened also having bought a new bulb this also does not work.
all comments would be gratefully recevied
