So do you know the outcome?
Having suffered a rather similar and very long running escapade with BG after they used an estimated meter for a takeover from another supplier, you would think I would sympathise with the complainant. Not only did BG pursue me for a three figure bill when I really owed them nothing, the previous supplier who I also owed nothing also issued a three figure bill based on BGs estimated takeover reading.
Well I don't sympathise at all. Apart from the issue with the capped price deal, I think he is barking up the wrong tree and throwing ignorant accusations.
