Britony Combi SE - strange fault code

Hi, I have a Britony Combi SE boiler. It had a leak a while back so we had someone in to fix it. Since then, I think that the water gets a lot hotter than before. We now get a flashing fault code whenever the boiler lights up - but it's not one of the ones on the manuals - it goes 3040, 5060, 7080 repeatedly. Has anyone got any suggestions what this might mean?
