Britannia cooker model si 10 t 6 hrs ch
You can see that the old element is worn through but the new one based on the model is slightly different e, g . The electrical connections are straight as opposed to the right angle version on the older element and the new one had s double connection as well
Is this the correct swop?
It has been fitted once and taken out as it is taking 25 % longer to cook similar foods although this is based on guesswork

Freddie that's a very good question which I will now check
My lad searched for his cooker and model which produced this element
I will report back later

If the physical shape of the element is the same and the wattage matches it should be the one! The only other thing I would check, is the oven reatching the correct temperature? If you have an oven thermostat you can put it in the middle of the oven and check that the thermostat isn't cutting out too soon.
