Broken corners on interlocking rooftiles.

I've just had a new roof installed and we chose double roll concrete tiles. However, I have noticed that many of the tiles have broken and chipped left corners. The roofer has said these tiles are nothing to worry about but has returned to replace 60, yet there are still over a hundred with these chips and breaks. He has assured me they are watertight but I don't feel comfortable.
Should I ask him to replace more of the broken tiles before I pay any money?

Why would there be any broken tiles on a new roof.

As above. I would ask him to replace all the broken tiles. You're not paying for broken tiles.

Problem is now resolved. More tiles have been replaced.
