Hi guys

Whats the easiest way to tidy this up?:

It used to be tiled, but they've fallen off.
I could make a mould and concrete it.
The other option is to deck it but it might require fine cuts.

What will be the easiest option?

I would take off the remaining tiles, box it in, and cast a new 'overslab'.
You could then re-tile it to your choice.

I suspect that the surface was not prepared properly prior to tiling.

At a minimum, I would have expected the substrate to have been coated with SDR prior to the tiles being applied.
