who is going to check it afterwards.no one..
if system is old,it wont all clean out so you just do your best and record details of old system on paper work.
new system.flush out with mains water before connecting boiler.then flush out with commisioning cleanser.flush again then add inhibitor.
then test sample of water with senintal test kit and record this detail on paper work.get house holder to witness this test.
