Just ordered this.

Made it clear that I wanted to keep the number for the last 23 years. He said we could not have VOIP, but would have to keep the old copper line as we would lose the number.

I said how are you going to manage when everyone swaps to VOIP?

Also, he said we can't connect out existing DECT phones to the router.

I was under the impression you could connect a patch lead from the phone socket on the router to one of your extension sockets and use DECT phones no problem.

Will ring them again tomorrow to query this.
