Bubbles in lining paper

Hi,

Recently lined and painted my walls but it seems i didnt paste all the paper. sometimes you can see the bubbles where there is no paste. Whats the best thing to do to get rid of these.

Are the bubbles more 'wrinkles'.....vertical?
