Buffing/Polishing compounds ?

Where do you buy your green bars ?
Purest Chromium III Oxide i find is in powder form and is not really convenient for tool polishing. Most of whats on ebay does not have descriptions of whats in the bar (most likely high content of Aluminium oxide).

So, where do i get good quality polishing compound in bar/paste/solid form ?
