im glad that you find it incredible. as far as i am aware though i still stand by what i said about 2007. i think you will find that people wanting to sell their homes are going to have problems with estate agents, mortgage companies etc.

If the results of the Bristol trial are any indication, people are going to resist even providing Visual Inspection Reports, let alone PIRs, and as for EICs/MEIWCs, well..
And there aren't going to be enough qualified surveyors to produce the packs, not even if the plans to produce fast-track "instant" house surveyors are put into operation...
