Have some wiring to do in a new utility room in a new extension.
Question is do i have to install a fan for ventilation, to meet part f or the building regs?

no electrical plans, no mention of fans. customer doesnt want one, but im thought we had to install one

Just going through the same process - utility rooms will need an extractor fan capable of extacting 30l/s. LABC wants to see it fitted and in action.
For this you will need either a 6 inch extractor fan - which makes a big hole in the newly built wall. Or a 4 inch fan which is a bit more friendly.
The only one I could find that met the 4 inch requirements was the Airflow icon 30 though it will be still be 6 inch on the inside wall - managed to get it for £83.

Last utility build I fitted LABC insisted on humidity fan.

I too used Icon 30 with humid module.
