building regs question!!

hello,
Have some wiring to do in a new utility room in a new extension.
Question is do i have to install a fan for ventilation, to meet part f or the building regs?

Just going through the same process - utility rooms will need an extractor fan capable of extacting 30l/s. LABC wants to see it fitted and in action.
For this you will need either a 6 inch extractor fan - which makes a big hole in the newly built wall. Or a 4 inch fan which is a bit more friendly.
The only one I could find that met the 4 inch requirements was the Airflow icon 30 though it will be still be 6 inch on the inside wall - managed to get it for £83.
