My next door neighbour is planning to replace an existing window frame currently glazed with frosted glass with one of clear glass. The widow is approx 1250 mm from bathroom window and the floor level of the adjacent buildings floor is approx 300 mm above my floor. If he carries this work out then with our bathoom window open it will be possible to see into the bathroom . What do the building regs say about this ?

Hope you can help

It's more of a planning issue than building regs, give your local planning office a call.

If he is doing the work himself, he should be a member of FENSA or have an exception form(think thats the term) from building control.
