I currently have a single storey extension and would like to build up to have two (obviously, wont be me as I have no idea, so company in and planning permission etc etc)

No idea about the footings (built in 1997 with planning permission)

I think the current extension is 3x3 could be 4x4.

At the moment there is a tiny loft space, which I guess would be removed, then build up and re-use current roof tiles on the new roof extension.

One thing I know for sure, will be the bathroom window will need to be moved to the side of the house (already have a side window, so shouldn't be a problem, as there opaque)

What sort of cost would I be expecting for this?

Hoping it'll be near the £10k mark, but don't know if thats too ambtious!

Thanks
