Bulge in Wall

The arrangement at the back is odd. Wood lintel above the French doors. Is this normal?

If your talking about the crack then no idea. Could have been 5 years ago. See pic below. Crack is in that region near corner of window and French doors. Maybe just a settling thing after door were installed about 10 years ago.

I've only lived here for 2 years only just noticed it. Probably been there all along

That looks likes a concrete lintel, not a wood one.
