I'm looking to kit out quite a few bathrooms with mid to high end shower valves from Hansgrohe. The same two way shower valve which costs £280 on Amazon prime costs £350 at CP Hart or other high end plumbing places or £230 from superbath.co.uk which has a UK web store front but is actually based in Germany and selling from there.

Having spoken to Hansgrohe, the warranty is still 5 years and all is legit. Just wondering if others have bought either through these stores or even through Germen retailers to save cost?

I have used Xtwo store plenty of times - only problem can be getting a VAT receipt if required

Yeah thats one of my concerns.
My house has been empty for 2 years and there's a HMRC dispensation which allows me to get charged 5% at source (I dont claim this back like a new build property) but most companies dont know how to interpret this and I'll be very surprised if they will in Germany.

What is delivery time scales like and customer service if you have any problems?

Good luck getting any uk supplier to charge 5% either.

Re. Delivery i had no problems, so couldn't comment.
