I've just tried to get a PAC from EE, by texting to 150, that failed for some reason, so I tried to ring them and managed to find a way to at least get in the queue, to speak to a human, but after an hour listening to musak in the queue, I gave up. Some companies now let you press a button, to get a call back, but not EE. ...

Has anyone found any way to avoid having to listen to the musak, without missing the operator if and when they do answer?

Have you tried texting "PAC" to 65075 from the number you want to transfer? You should receive your PAC by text message within seconds.

Yep, I texted PAC plus my DOB, as requested, to 65075 - it replied with The keyword was wrong.

Got it now - it worked without the DOB..
