Hi - I'm installing 2.5 and 6 mm T&E in some fairly tight spaces, which may involve some 90 degree bends, as well as rotations about the long axis of the cable over a fairly short distance.
Obviously I will try to minimise the stress on the cable as much as possible, so I don't damage any of the conductors.
Can anyone offer some guidance please, as to how much cable bending and twisting is acceptable? Although I know it may be hard to be objective and precise!
I seem to remember seeing something about the minimum acceptable bending radius of a cable, if the cable were laying flat on a surface.
Thanks in advance.
