and get check internet. Log out if app and back in and try again.

It's possible that the app wasn't connected as it will open without being connected but as soon as you try and do anything you get the warning.

@secureiam Sorted.. it seems you have to download ICloud for Microsoft for it to work!.. bit strange but an easy fix! Thanks for your help.

Would never have guessed that be the solution for a second, never had such an issue with all the systems I have installed wintex on, but will try and remember it, as bound to get asked it again...
