Can a TMV be used with hot water loop?

Wanting to incorporate a thermostatic mixing valve on a large property on perhaps the main hot water supply off the cylinder. However, there will also be a hot water circulation loop on the system.

Will the TMV complicate things i.e. HW f & r temps etc. ?

Can you use one with the other?
