Can anybody help me ID this product?

Hi

Need to know the manufacturer of an electric towel rail. My customer only knows a few details about it, but I've drawn a blank so far trying to trace it:

Its part number is T35W.

It is 35W load and white in colour

Dimensions 250H x 320W

This is all well and good, but who is the manufacturer?

Alternatively, does anyone know who in the NW would stock it or be able to order it in?

can you get a description of what it looks like? is it a ladder type? or radiator xtension.

Description:

Tubular towel rail in white with three crossbars and dims as shown in previous post.

And it is leccy only, not wet, and has a waterproof illuminated switch on it.
