Can anyone recommend a parquet floor sander/repairer?

Hi,

I have a large parquet floor that needs repairing in a few large patches and then sanded and oiled/varnished.

Can anyone recommend someone who knows how to do this properly, which from reading other threads appears to be through the use of a HG wax remover and then a Trio sander.

Location is the Essex/London border area.
