Enough in fact, to do another house by the look of it... He is using your deposit, to fund the next job.
Send this "cowboy" and email outlining all the elements you are not happy with "bullet points".
Advise all moneys will be with held until the work is completed to a proffessional and acceptable standard.
You have to give him one opportunity to rectify his work within a reasonable amount of time 3-7 days, if he fails you can take him to court to recover all expenses and employ someone else.
Maybe try a local double glazing shop they may be able to recommend Trustworthy tradespeople.

You will get wasps nesting in there, entering through the large gaps.

Thanks to everyone for your input and advice so far!
The tradesman has offered to correct and asked for a list of my concerns. Having checked the original quote and agreement I have sent:
1. Guttering fall/drop is incorrect and water is not draining correctly.
2. Downpipes have not been fitted with an end elbow
3. Rotten fascia boards appear to have been capped rather than removed and replaced.
4. Soffit boards have been cut unevenly and do not meet the fascia groovecorrectly, leaving exposed timber in places.
5. Sections of soffit and fascia are not level.
6. A drip edge has not been installed.
7. Some cuts and joints are uneven and require replacement.
In order to rectify the above, I believe the affected sections of fascia, soffit and guttering will likely need to be removed and reinstalled correctly rather than patched or adjusted.

Sorry I didn't realise the old rotten fascia board had been capped over, that is never a good idea, unless the board is in perfect condition. 3
The 'elbow' is called a shoe. 2
Item you missed, is the U channel, has not been fitted along the wall, into which the soffit wall end slots, to give it support. At the moment it looks as if the soffit, has just been wedged roughly in place, hence why it's all over the place. Likely, when the wind blows, the lot will blow down.

If they weren't there before and there was no issues, I wouldn't bother.
The soffit would have been wide open before, with just a fascia board, now it is completely enclosed, with much reduced airflow.

No J trim to hold soffit at wall side .
No vents before.
No need for vents now.
Yep, I called it a U channel above. That's why the soffit, is all over the place.
