Can anyone tell me....?

Last year I bought a 1930s semi, sensitively decorated throughout with Woodchip, Artex and Lead.

Can anyone tell me WHY???!!!

(not having a good day stripping two layers of woodchip)

Because you know when you've done it up, it will be a great house! A bit of graft is soon forgotten about when you're sitting in a newly decorated room, all done to your taste by you!!
