Soil pipe: first time we've purchased a bungalow without one. Can I install one to allow fitting of kitchen and bathroom (bath,sink) waste pipes to it?

surely there is a drain for kitchen sink etc.
is the bungalow adjoining other properties and maybe there is shared drain.

yes there are drians (two), we just feel it's more tidy to connect to soil pipe. The suryevor said the drain in the conservatory/lean-to needed a 'gas trap'?
adding a soil stack will be more difficult i expectit was removed to fit the conservatory
