can i fit new stack pipe

Hi, I am thinking about turning a spare bedroom into an ensuite and have all the pipes for water under the floor, so that bit is easy. Its the getting rid part that is hurting my head.
I have a drain that runs down the length of the house carrying away the water from the kitchen, can I run a pipe externally and join onto this ? or is it more complicated.
Any advice would be great. Thanks

How big is the pipe and what are you connecting to it?

You can, but bear in mind that it'll be notifiable to Building Control so you should consult your local inspector before you start

Yes I got the form and cost of £120, I'm not sure how big the pipe is as I haven't dug the path up or can I check by looking down the gully thing. Before you laugh at the technical language I am a curtain maker in real life, just do a lot of DIY !
