wanting to extend my bath room just 6ft out,,, below it is a out house about 15 ft long it as a concrete roof ,, a neighbor as built right across is ,, as i only need 6ft could i use a flat roof as to put on a traditional roof would involve to mutch work

Is this on the first floor or ground floor?
My impression is that you wish to extend a first floor building (bathroom) over a ground floor out-house with a concrete roof. Correct?
I'm not to sure about the rest. Yes you can fit a flat roof to an extension.
If i had a choice though, a pitched roof would always be my first.
