I'm having amtico flooring laid and want to know if it's possible to have underfloor heating. The flooring is going to be in my lounge and connecting hallway. In the hallway is my boiler cupboard. The lounge is about 18m2 and the hall about 7m2. We have chipboard floor which seems to be sealed.
Is this ok for underfloor heating?
What's the best system to use?
How do I do it?

The question re Amtico and UFH is asked regularly on the floooring forum and the answer given is yes.

You don't say if you want to lay a screed on existing floor or lift floor and put pipes underneath ( with spreader-plates or similar). Which is it ?
