Hi,

We're redoing our bathroom, wondered if I can do it in this order:

Turn off water
remove bathroom suite
remove all tiles & plasterboard
put caps on pipes
remove chipboard floorboard replace with 18mm WBP plywood
install bath ready to use next week.

Going forward we'd install plasterboard walls / tiles then WC and basin.

Thanks for your help, (ps im a DIY novice I'm sure it shows)

If we refit the new plasterboards i think it will make it difficult to install pipes / cables for an eletric shower we want to install as well and I think we might need to chase the wall as it's breeze block.

Aquapanel is better than plasterboard in the wettest areas.
Check how square things are - you may have to bury the bath corner in the wall, or build wall out.

CHeck the bath panel. If it has a nice edge and you want to be able to remove it, you might have to tile an end wall before putting the bath in. ie if you tile round it you'll seal the panel in.

I find it best to make a list of what you're going to do in a WP.
Then think about the hard bits and move the sequence about so you can do things in the right order.
