Building a conservatory, overall size approx 4.6x3.1. Footings and foundation blocks to floor level are down.

Need to lay the floor now. Floor area approx 4.3x2.8m.

Gonna lay at approx 130mm deep.

Is it acceptable to lay the floor in two sections due to time constraints? Or would this not be advisable.

Yes its common to pour a concrete floor in sections with day joints. There's only so much concrete you can pour in one go...

For a floor that size you would have to be nuts to do it in two pours.
Have the concrete delivered and pumped or barrowed in for tamping and finishing.
Its the preparations that take the time not the pour.
And, no matter what, after the above you still have to sit with the pour until it flashes.

you would have to be nuts to have 1.5 cube pumped.
80 odd x 25kg all in.
5:1 .
I reckon the wife could do it in 2 hours:LOL:.

Pumping was suggested as a possibility only - it seems that you have difficulty with literacy as well as numeracy.
Pumping depends on access, time factors and cost. The OP was stretched for time - we know nothing of his estimated costs or the accessibility of the site.

A case example that might help you understand these things was boom pumping over each of 10 occupied terraced houses, & dumping small blobs of concrete in each otherwise inaccessible backyard for a common sewer manholes job - the utility wanted speed and they got it & were glad to pay for it.
