I want to render this garage but need some advice please.
I am worried it won't stick to the precast concrete panels that the garage is made up of.

Do I need to rough up with a wire brush to key it and should I use PVa to seal.
Thanks for any advice.
 
You could use SBR as a bonding agent but the separate panels might move separately and crack along the panel joins?

I've never done what you propose.
