I want to put in an ensuite shower room with toilet, and a bathroom with toilet, on the top floor of my house. Tt has to be at the front of the house and the soil pipe is at the back. How can I successfully achieve it when the distance is twenty feet and I don't want to use macerators if I can help it? Can I run a soil pipe down the front of the house or will the building regs people crucify me?

It would probably put off purchasers though when you come to sell up
