This is no joke while visiting a zoo i walked past a monkey cage and the bu.gg.er put its hand through the cage,
and grabbed old of my hair and would not let go it pulled and pulled banging my head against the cage, and suddenly i felt this surge of pain at the side of my head and i was free,
anyway got back to my car and looked into the mirrow and noticed a big tuff of my air was missing,
now that was 7 weeks ago and i have now a bald patch at the side of my head and the hair wont grow back.
can i put in for a claim...............

I can understand how your family must feel about you but it must be up setting as you made the effort to visit them..
