Can my joists take extra weight

I have a extension with 6x2 floor joists that span 2.6m with 400mm centres secured by joist hangers on both sides. Floor is chipboard with tiles.

Is this joist span sufficient to carry the extra load of a pug screed under the floorboards. This will add approx 25kg/m
 
Design wise the joists can take it.. assuming you leave the boarding down and its screwed into the joists..
