It's happened twice now.
Leaking hot tap, changed washer, leaking hot tap still !
Am in moderate lime scale area.
Last time I tried I replaced the whole tap assembly for a new one - don't want to do this on this particularly basin.
Help please

The place that the washer presses down onto may need refacing (if its scored) or the complete tap replacing if its cracked......you are using the correct washer, presumably?
(Assuming this is a traditional screw down tap, and not the 1/4 turn disc ceramic type).
John :)

Thanks very much, it's appreciated, & yes it's a traditional tap.

It is worth checking that the face of the jumper is also flat and does not have any erosion tracks in it.
