Is that actually real or a good "photo shop" job?
it possibly cost more in foam than the cost of the single layer cheap jack nasty felt??
Possibly one of the best really, really bad installs ever?
Hope the owner has not paid any cash for that???

The flashing would prolly pass reg's but not sure about the heat loss through the roof.
