Hello, this is a pic of the cover for main waste pipe next to my house. i want to buy new one as this is broken but dont know what the official name fo this part is. thanks in advnace

It's a vent for the drainage system.

Not sure you'll get a replacement, although I believe there's an AAAV suitable for exterior use on the market now.

thank you all. any idea where i can search for one like this? it says "capital" on the side. is it a company or a brand?

Finding one could be interesting, maybe a reclamation yard.

Easy way is to extend the pipe up the wall and terminate it above the gutter
