Can the experts recommend and LPG boiler

Hi experts - can you please help?

I need to specify the right LPG boiler for a self build house. Only an LPG supply is available and the bungalow does NOT have a mains pressure water supply (water supplied from water tanks in the loft from a bore hole on site). The house is 2 bedrooms (6rooms in total) and is well insulated to modern standards. I am looking at 2 options 1 buy and nearly new boiler from an auction site or 2 if the price is right a new boiler. I know some boilers can be converted from natural to LPG but which ones?

heat-line is about the cheapest make i know of(both band B & A models) that do a lpg conversion kits for their boilers.

Vaillant Ecotec Plus, no conversion kit required, just needs commissioning with an FGA to set for LPG.
