Can these two electric ovens be swapped around?

Dear all,

can these 2 ovens be switched around so that the top oven is below the bottom one? Elderly relative is struggling to safely reach into the top one and only uses this one.

of course.There is going to be some fixing fit which might be attached to the topside of the bottom over so you would have to switch them over or it night be they just stack..
