I'm not sure that it is correct to say that Sparks cannot wire heating systems, of course it is true that there are sparks, and sparks, - same as there are heating engineers, and heating engineers,
It is however fair to suggest that to wire a heating system successfully an understanding of the mechanical, electrical & Hydronic systems are required.
