cannon cooker

can anyone help.i have a cannon ( oakley) electric cooker.bought feb 2007. trouble is is doesn't seem to be heating up.i had something in the oven that should have taken 20 mins to cook.after an hour in the oven it's not hot at all.i can put my hand into the oven and its only slightly warm.the gurantee has run out but its only 15 mths old.any one got any ideas.dont want to go and buy a new oven just yet.

Probably the temp contoller(thermostat). As it is getting warm I would have thought the element was ok.

thanks.but how hard is it to replace.i would like to do it myself.
