Cannon Oakley Gas Cooker - Random Sparking

My gas oven works perfectly fine, however I am concerned that it seems to be randomly sparking when the oven is cooking. This happens every few minutes - it sparks for a couple of seconds each time.

Any idea what is causing this and how to go about repairing it. Also, is it dangerous...???

It's not dangerous. Try gently cleaning the burner around the ignition/flame sensing electrode. I that fails then it requires pro attention as the work then requires dismantling gas parts.
This sparking usually starts after the flame is reducing when the oven is reaching temperature.
