Well using my link you copied to post 11, I was able to register a new enquiry, confirm on map and now await each utilities response.
So is your attachment the full screen or just part, there should be some columns on the left & a "NEW" button top right of page.

Probably basement as mentioned , may have a steel door .

If it's an old cinema, you're probably looking for something a bit bigger than just a "fusebox". Probably a small plant room full of industrial switchgear.
Far from a certainty, but such things are usually in the basement because that's where the underground services will normally enter from the street.

So looking for a small room in the basement first

But I have decided to change my mind as bringing batteries in is not what we really want. light and stuff need rewiring anyway. so really need the power back on!

No it is just half of the top of the screen. if i scroll down I get a "recent history" box. In that box it says "no data availbie"

The only coloums on the left is what are in the screenshot. I new button thanks

But now I think about it i dont think this will work for me
because its going to take to long to get the data and it will not show where in the building to look for the meter. and i dont understand how to input the coordinace anyway
