Looking to attempt to fit carpet on these two stairs/top area that lead from the porch down into a new garage conversion. Couldn't find any videos/guides that would suggest how to do it. Can it be done with the corner edge? Any advice would be great.

I would expect a fitter to probably treat each step as a single one.
It depends on a carpet's pattern.

Bottom step, a big piece of carpet that covers the entire tread area, and folds over to carpet each riser, with the one edge turned back on itself
Ditto the top step.

Or if using a plain carpet, use right angle edging on the tread fronts, gripper rod at the back.
