How do I stop caulking,no-nails,sealant, filler from going hard at the end of the tube ?
Obviously I have tried putting a spare nozzle back on. (that hasn't been cut)
Tried the cap that comes with some products, also tried plastic on the end of the tube before fitting the nozzle.
Any ideas please ?
kind regards......Ted

You will never stop it completely, due to it drying out and clogging.

I find the best way is to put a longish tight fitting screw down the nozzle, make sure there's plenty of goo round the screw to create a seal.

Unless it's been left for months, you can usually pull out the screw, or unscrew it and it won't take much to come through.
